A philosopher by education, Anna has been engaged in the research industry for over two decades—both by calling and by choice—always on the operational side. For many years, she led field research execution teams, first at Ipsos, then at Kantar Poland.

Agnieszka Milczarek
Operations Director | Mystery Shopper
Experience:
A manager with over ten years of experience leading operational teams. She has been in the industry for nearly 20 years, an expert and passionate advocate of Mystery Shopper research. Under her keen and competent supervision, the largest and most challenging mystery shopping studies on the Polish market have been conducted.

Extensive knowledge and ability to organize Mystery Shopper research (CAPI / CATI / remote channels). Research and process control. Quality management. Team leadership and coordination of multiple teams.
Agnieszka in private life:
Always surrounded by people and never allowing boredom. A mother of two grown-up children. A realist with both feet firmly on the ground, constantly raising the bar for herself. She divides her time between family, spontaneous trips, music, and playing squash.

Experience:
A trained educator, she has over 30 years of experience in the research industry. She developed her professional skills based on qualitative research, which became the foundation for her further specialization in Mystery Shopper research.

To balance this, she proudly plays the role of grandmother to her young granddaughter—the only person who can negotiate more effectively than the cats.

Sylwia Bąba

A sociology graduate with a background in evaluation, Sylwia specializes in both quantitative and qualitative social research. She has over 12 years of experience in conducting national and international projects, honing her research skills at TNS Polska and Kantar.

With a PhD in Economics, Maciej has been involved in market research since the liberalization of Poland’s economy and the growing demand for market and customer insights. He refined his expertise at top brands (Pentor, IQS, KANTAR) and now thrives as Research Director at Research Collective.

Involved in market research since 2006. From the outset, she has been dedicated to the Operations departments at Ipsos, TNS, Kantar, 4P Research Mix, and, since 2021, Research Collective. She has explored all research techniques, providing a broad perspective on complex issues.
