- 2. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, Krzysztof Radtke, who can be contacted via email at iod@r-collective.pl.
- 3. Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of responding to your message, based on Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
- 4. Recipients of your personal data will include employees and associates of the Data Controller within the scope of their official duties and third parties cooperating with the Data Controller based on confidentiality agreements or data processing agreements.

- 10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling. No decision that could have legal consequences or significantly affect you will be based solely on automated processing.
