Dear Sir/Madam,

We kindly inform you that the research company Minds & Roses is supporting the Institute of Mother and Child in Warsaw in the implementation of a scientific research project entitled “Comprehensive assessment of the dietary habits of children aged 5 to 72 months – a nationwide study in 2024.” Additionally, the fieldwork for the study is conducted by the company Research Collective.

The aim of the project is to collect information on the dietary habits of infants and young children. The project is of a scientific nature.

Parents of children aged 5 to 72 months are invited to participate in the study. The children’s data has been obtained in compliance with the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883) from the PESEL Register, administered by the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

Minds & Roses guarantees that personal data will not be used for any purpose other than that intended in this study and will be permanently and irreversibly deleted after the study is completed. The only remaining data will be anonymous, statistical results of the study.

Participation in the study is voluntary. We warmly invite the selected families to take part in the project. The results of the study will contribute to the development of scientific publications and recommendations on proper nutrition for young children, ensuring their optimal development.
