The Research Collective team is not random. Our collective consists of professionals from Kantar, who, after setting the industry standards there, continue and apply them in every Face-to-Face and Mystery Shopper project we undertake.

Why Are Field Studies Important?

We reach groups for whom other research techniques are less effective. We conduct in-home interviews in areas where the Internet or mobile phone coverage is limited. We talk to older individuals, very young audiences, and beyond. We conduct long surveys bordering on in-depth interviews, quick ones in a specific location (On street, Shopper) or product tests while maintaining home conditions.

F2F projects also include CLT (Central Location). Our tests are developed procedures for various product categories, coordinated with due diligence by specialized teams dedicated to this type of research. This is a combination of precision in the scheme and full control, possible only in this technique.

Mystery Shopper is a combination of enthusiasts with an objective tool for customer service research, which in many industries is still the most important element of a given company’s strategy. We guarantee solid implementation for the demanding automotive, banking or retail sectors.
